Appointments
You need to call/txt us and book time for an appointment. If you just walk in you might have to wait for a gap between our patients, so it's best to book beforehand. All apointments (initial and follow ups) are approximately 30 min duration and include assessment, treatment and recommendations.
Opening times
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6.30 pm Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
Referals
You can come directly to us. We are also happy to accept referrals from your GP, nurse or any other health professional.
ACC for injuries
If you have an existing claim please bring the copy of the claim or letter with you. If it is a new injury as a result of an accident (falling, lifting, pushing etc.) whether at work, at home or sport related we can lodge a claim at our clinic.
Cost
Private sessions are $75, with ACC - $45 (ACC doesn't cover all our fees). Our prices are very competetive for Auckland area.
If you are shopping around for the best price, make sure to compare 'apples with apples', in other words, compare the appointment length and experience of the practitioner. Our appointments are 30 minutes (often more for the first appointment) and both Ilya and Nataliya have over 20 years of experience in healthcare each, including double degree (medical and osteopathic).
Payment options
We accept EFTPOS, cash, cheques or internet payment. We are unable to process Credit cards, sorry.
Parking
We do have several dedicated off-the-street parking spaces by the building. If all of them are occupied, you can park on the road. Please, don't park on the driveway by the fence!
Disability access
Yes, we do have a wheel chair/walker access - please use the side door instead of the main double door
